Saratoga Arts is Open

In order to maintain the health and wellbeing of our patrons, members and staff please take note of the following guidelines:

  • Visitors are required to wear a facial covering over their mouth and nose.
  • Visitors are asked to sign in upon arrival for the purposes of contact tracing.
  • Visitors are asked to follow social distancing guidelines as posted and those recommended by local, state and federal authorities.
  • Visitors may have their temperature checked upon arrival.
  • Visitors may be directed to follow one way paths to avoid close proximity.

Saratoga Arts has taken these measures as well as increased cleanings, upgrades to our air filtration systems and limits on capacity to ensure that visitors, like yourself, can continue to enjoy the work we have on display, and create art and community at our home in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs.

We hope you all stay safe, healthy and visit us when you feel comfortable.

Dear friends and colleagues,

As we say ‘so long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye’ to 2020 and look eagerly forward to 2021, all of us here at Saratoga Arts would like to wish you and your families a happy, healthy and blessed holiday season.

This year has brought many challenges, losses and hardship to us all, but it has also come with some silver linings. Here at 320 Broadway things have changed dramatically and continue to do so as we reimagine, reorganize and begin to restart and reemerge.

We got to know our neighbors, we pulled together and helped each other like never before. We rediscovered the joy of spending time outside in nature, our kitchens became experimental laboratories of fun and sometimes failure, our waistlines were well padded as we set about discovering our local offerings like never before.

Zoom dance parties, cocktail hours, dinners, and virtual workdays arrived, pets everywhere rejoiced at the constant companionship and families adjusted to the new not normal-normal. Virtual art shows and online classes were well attended, gardens bloomed, new hobbies and talents emerged, parks swelled and we all marched forward, knowing that better days are ahead.

Thank you for the classes attended, for the hours volunteered, the artwork and memberships purchased and your continued financial support.  To the many fine artists, the dancers, the singers, the actors and all of our partners who opened your doors, hearts and parks to us during this difficult season, we thank you.

2021 will mark our 25th anniversary of being situated on this corner of beautiful Congress park and the 35th anniversary of the very beginnings of the Saratoga Arts Council. We are excited to renovate, expand and embrace a new and improved plan this coming year which will enable us to serve you better than ever before.

Please consider making a donation HERE. It is because of your generosity that we can continue our mission of enriching the region by cultivating a vibrant arts community and by ensuring that the arts are accessible to all.

Warmest regards,

Louise, Becky & Charlie
